Simon Hargreaves – Chairman

Simon became Group Chairman in September 2009 having worked as a non-executive director with TDB since 2008. Prior to joining TDB Simon was a main board director at Vanco, the listed communications networking group until his resignation in September 2007. From 1994 until early 2007, Simon held the role of Group Finance Director for Vanco plc and he then assumed the position of CEO of Vanco Solutions, the group's main trading business. Simon was instrumental in building Vanco from a £2m revenue business employing 20 staff when he joined, to a business with revenues of over £200m, profits of c.£20m and some 800 staff across 30 countries. He was also responsible for the successful listing of the company on the London Stock Exchange in November 2001.
 

Colin Aurelius - CEO

Colin brings over 15 years experience in operating businesses within the IT and electronics sectors, following previous senior management roles for a number of large corporations, including Vardon Plc (now part of the Rank Group). Colin founded two successful businesses in the electronics and business consulting fields alongside a commercial property venture, and established TDB Networks in 2002. Colin has steered TDB through a period of consistent growth, working with a range of high profile customers and partners to cement TDB position as a respected specialist and innovator in systems integration and network management technology.
 

Steve Pace - VP Sales & Marketing

Steve is a highly successful VP Sales and General Manager, for over 15 years winning significant value software, carrier infrastructure, enterprise and services business through sales leadership, relationship building at board level and commercial acumen. Most recently Steve was a key account manager for Ericsson, having previously been Vice-President for UK Business Development in Marconi. Steve brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach which will be a great asset to TDB in achieving future growth ambitions.
 

 Richard Aurelius - Technical Director

Richard is co-founder and Technical Director of TDB.  Richard is a respected technical visionary, and has steered the business towards specialist network management products and services designed specifically to address organisational system and network management strategies, with a focus on system integration and security.  Previously Richard has worked in senior management roles for major multinational enterprise organisations including The Thompson Corporation, and leading OSS (Operations Support Systems) supply and management organisations and systems integrators including Orchestream and Logical Networks.
 

Andy Charalambous - Non-executive Director

Andy has nearly two decades of experience in senior sales management roles in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he served as Vice-President of EMEA for Marconi’s Data Networks Division. Prior to Marconi, Andy served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at Orchestream Holdings where, during his tenure, he drove sales revenues from zero to over $25 million. Andy also held senior sales management positions with Unisphere Networks Inc., Tellabs Corporations Inc., and Anite Networks.
